POSTGRADUATE MEMBERSHIPEither a student or an alumni senate may propose a member eligible for membership, who did not otherwise become a DTP member during law school. Any postgraduate law student is eligible for membership in Delta Theta Phi provided they meet the standards of Part I, Article 2, Section 2(a) of the DTP Constitution. To be eligible for membership in the Delta Theta Phi Law Fraternity, International a candidate must possess the following qualifications and be subject to the following conditions:
For an individual to be considered to be an official member of the Fraternity they must (i) complete and submit a New Member Application to the International Office, (ii) submit the International Fee to the International Office, and (iii) the individual must be initiated.
