Delta Theta Phi

Delta Theta Phi is a professional law fraternity and a member of the Professional Fraternity Association. The Fraternity can trace its roots to 1900 where it was established at the Cleveland Law School (now known as Cleveland-Marshall Law School).

In 2013 Delta Theta Phi celebrated our 100th year of amalgamation, and September 26, 2013 was declared "Delta Theta Phi, Law Fraternity International Day in Chicagoland", by Mayor Rahm Emanuel, at the location our where our founders established our great Fraternity.

Delta Theta Phi boasts student members who are leaders in their school, law reviews, moot court, and more. Our alumni members are leaders in the legal community, judiciary, government, industry, business, and many related fields.

Delta Theta Phi is the only law fraternity with an authoritatively recognized law review, The Adelphia Law Journal.

Delta Theta Phi Law Fraternity, International is proudly headquartered at Campbell University, Norman A. Wiggins School of Law, in Raleigh, North Carolina. The partnership of Delta Theta Phi and Campbell University was established many years ago and has proven to be a pillar of our ongoing success.
